    Broke before using

This was the second battery pack I’ve gone through. Dropped the first one and the battery pack spring popped out. I thought it was my fault because I dropped it in the car. Bought a replacement and the same thing happened except that it popped out on its own without ever being dropped. It actually came out when I was trying to put the batteries in. Later all the springs came out. Horrible product and assembly. Have to call Medela directly to get money back. Very disappointed especially considering how important it is to have a backup plan for power when traveling or the power goes out.

Vital for travelling and pumping moms

This was the smartest purchase I made for my breast-pumping routine. I realized that on a 12 hour international flight when found no socket in the plane restroom. So I had to use the battery pack to pump. Further on, I got to the hotel and found that the power adapter plug for this country and the power adapter of my medela breast pump simply would not work! So again, the battery pack saved me. One set of 8 batteries lasted me three days of round o’clock pumping and could probably last more, yet I decided to replace them for my flight back with new ones.

    Has truly saved me

I’m a flight attendant and nursing mom I often have to pump on the aircraft and those bathrooms donot have wall outlets this allows me to get my baby her milk and still be able to do my job I would have had to give up nursing time I went back to work it it weren’t for this.only downsized is you need 8 batteries but just get rechargeables and title be fine

    So convenient!

I bought this battery pack so I could pump in the passenger seat on our first road trip and it was so easy! It was so much better than trying to find somewhere private and clean in random towns and stop for a full 30 minutes to pump. Now I just leave the power cord dangling from the wall at home and leave this battery pack in my bag so I can easily pump at work or anywhere else throughout the day without needing to find an outlet or deal with a long cord.

    Allows you to PUMP ANYWHERE

I LOVE this device. I travel ALOT for work and it has helped me stay on track with pumping for my LO b/c I can pump at times when I ordinarily wouldn’t be able to do so (i.e. When I’m on a flight). I used it for at least 8-10 sessions before the batteries died (most of those sessions, I pumped one breast at a time b/c I was on an airplane & couldn’t drape myself well enough to be able to double pump). I believe it is recommended that you use rechargeable batteries, but I just used regular store brand batteries from Walgreens ;).

MUST HAVE for moms on the go

The battery pack is small and discrete. It would easily store in the glove compartment or your purse if needed. This battery pack has allowed me more mobility while pumping that I could imagine. It’s handy to have so that you’re not always looking for an outlet in restaurant restrooms (there are none!), on the way to an MLB game, or if you’re somewhere like a theme park. I’d use it whenever I was in a situation I’d be gone from home or a home base for an extended amount of time. Battery life seemed good.

Far exceeded expectations, but requires 8 batteries

I took this on a camping trip where I wouldn’t have access to power, and it lasted through three 30-min pumping sessions with no sign of slowing. Giving 4 stars because it requires 8 AA batteries. I used rechargeable AA’s and it still worked fine, but this can get expensive. I wish Medela would make a battery pack that was actually a chargeable power pack.

    Almost 5 stars

I had to buy another one because the one came with my pump would not work with new batteries which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars. This is a very convenient product to have. Its nice for the car ride or if you just want to pump in a different room than normal. I would recommend for any breast feeding or pumping mom.

Battery pack works fine, requires 8 AA batteries for use

It’s my fault for not reading the description in detail (blame it on screaming newborn), but I assumed this was a battery pack that I could charge at home and then carry with me and use without batteries (or batteries as the back up). This actually requires 8 AA batteries for use and Medela says this will last about 2 hours. Medela recommends using rechargeable batteries.

    Medela battery pack phenomenal

I loved my first one that I had which came with my pump! Unfortunately, it was dropped from a good distance above and broke into a bunch of pieces. I love this because you can pump anywhere!! I use it a lot while traveling in the car. I love that this one comes with the case to protect it from damage!! I actually felt like I got a stronger pump when using the battery pack as to using the electrical cord. The only downside is it does take 8 batteries, but that being said my batteries always lasted a long time.

    Lifesaver & super convenient.

I recently bought this for the upcoming camping and sports season where an outlet and a car won’t be close by. I have used it a few times and am very satisfied with the product. It does take a lot of batteries and drains faster than I like but I still get a good number of pumps with adequate suction that the battery life does not bother me. The battery life isn’t horrible considering but its not going to last days on the same set of batteries. But I’m sure a good rechargeable would be perfect for those long times away if you can find a way to charge them. I don’t mind replacing the batteries as I had realistic expectations of battery life when I purchased this product. I look at battery life on this like I do my phone the more you use it the faster the battery drains. I am sure if you streamed videos or music while pumping the life of your phone would probably die at same time if not sooner than pump.(I’m going to try this and let you know) I am super happy with this purchase if you have ever been out and about and its time to pump but you have no outlet near this is a saving grace. The price of the device is amazing the little case is awesome and I can see this getting a lot of use over the summer and would recommend to anyone super convenient and perfect for the mom on the go.

    Travelling mom essential

Works exactly as described. I use this on planes, in the car or anyplace else I don’t have an outlet. On a plane I 100% recommend using this over an outlet on the plane (such as in the lavatory) because it is not the same current and your pump will not operate well at all. I never bought the car adapter so I can’t compare that, but I liked that I didn’t have to have the car on to use this. So I could discreetly sit in the car and pump while parked. There will be a degradation in pump performance as the batteries get used, and there isn’t really a hard and fast rule despite what Medela says about # hours you can use. I say just change the batteries when you notice it starting to get weaker! If the batteries are good, you should not notice a difference between this and being plugged in.I also used this in Europe because you cannot just plug a US Medela power cord into an adapter because the voltage is not the same and the motor will not work on European voltage. Don’t risk it, just use the battery pack!

    A piece of crap

I’ve gone through 3 of these in less than 6 months and will never purchase another again. For how much I paid, I expected this product to last. I love my medela pump set but the travel battery pack does not stand up to the quality of the product. The battery springs are poorly attached to the system and pop out at random. The first time it happened I put the spring back in place, started using it and then smelt something burning, it was the battery pack. I learned my lesson and bought another. With the second two I purchased, the same thing happened with the springs on the 2nd one and the 3rd one just stopped working after using it twice. I was very careful with handling them, never dropped it, and used the case each one came in for safe storage. My husband ended up purchasing a power adapter for the car from Best Buy and I now just use the large power connector that plugs into a wall outlet. I wish I had purchased that sooner and saved us all the hassle and headache. This product is not safe because of how poorly it’s made. Please save yourself the money and do not buy!

Will give you pumping freedom! Pair with freemie cups

This product is AMAZING! I went to Paris for four days and pumped every four hours and the batteries lasted the entire time! I couldn’t believe it! Great for traveling. I used this with my medela pump and freemie cups. I ordered the freemie pump and it was the worst with no suction so this was my backup plan and it worked amazingly! Carried in a backpack throughout Paris and this paired with freemie cups enabled me to keep my pump in a bag next to me and pump on the plane/meals/etc without anyone knowing! It is also great for travel abroad because you don’t have to worry about frying your pump with converters/adaptors. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Great for when there isn’t an outlet to pump!

After using this product, I found that it works great when I have to pump in a public place like the restroom. Of course the restroom has no outlets and it starts a lot of bathroom conversations, but again great! I bought rechargeable batteries (highly recommend investing in energizer batteries and the charger that does AA, AAA, C (can charge that bouncer!!), D, and 9V)and I charge it every night before I go to bed like my cell phone. It is slightly weaker than what an outlet or the car charger does, but it works! It does take a little bit longer too. Note: Do not leave the batteries in the battery pack! When the batteries make a complete circuit, it starts to drain the batteries. I saw a few reviews that said they didn’t get that much pump action with the batteries before it died so taking out the batteries when not in use will save you some trouble.

    Perfect on the go solution

As an exclusive pumper, i buy all the gadgets. I cannot be left unable to pump. That is painful and detrimental to my milk supply! I read some reviews that said that batteries only last one or 2 pumping sessions or that the power isn’t as good. I disagree. I mean, the best power you can get is from your wall adapter. But, my batteries last at least 4 sessions before I start to notice them losing juice. And, just like the car adapter (which by the way is the same with any car adapter for anything.. Phones, etc ) the power may be a bit less, but you just crank the pump up a little and it’s good to go. No complaints here. I keep mine in my pumping bag at all times and it has saved me when I forgot my wall adapter.

    Breaks easily

So I ended up buying a new one because a piece inside of the battery pack kept popping out when I was putting the batteries in. With a little patience, i was able to make it work with hope and a prayer but you don’t have time for that when you really need to pump. Soooo I bought another one and the Same exact thing happened. I’m still able to make it work with that Same hope and same prayer but the uncertainty is nerve wrecking when you need to be able to depend on the battery pack. Seems more like a design issue. Idk if it’s just me or what…

    Great product

I used this with my, Pump In Style, during a road trip from Texas to California. I’m 100% glad I bought this over a car adapter charger. I haven’t had to replace the batteries yet. This actually works better than the wall adapter the pump came with. Very satisfied with the product.

I was undeniably impressed with the 9 volt battery pack …

I was undeniably impressed with the 9 volt battery pack for my Pump in Style Advanced. When I returned to work, I didn’t have the luxury of a secluded room with an outlet so this was essential. Pumping twice a day on 8 regular double A batteries lasted me roughly two weeks. Throughout that time, I did notice the pump losing efficiency but I it was still strong enough to give me 5-6 ounces during each fifteen minute session. Eventually, I switched to Lithium batteries and the life of the battery pack was extended to about a month and a half! The only down side to this pump is that, even in the case provided, the backing of the battery packs would come off randomly and I would have to reinsert my batteries.

a good backup = total life saver

This is awesome for when you are not near a plug and need to pump or if you leave the house with the original plug still plugged into your wall. I pump at 5:30 am and sometimes forget it so this is a great back up or else when I’m in the car pumping. Ive used this over 15 times and haven’t had to change the battery yet. It is small and comes in a nice pouch so itdoesn’t take up extra space in my pump bag.The only con is that it doesn’t have the powerThat I can get out.of the original one so it takes me an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Also I ordered this when I arrived on Christmas vacation and forgot my plug. Yikes. I did 1 day shipping with Amazon and it was at my lake Tahoe house in under 36 hours! Amazing Amazon! You rock!

    Lifesaver for Travel

We purchased this recently so my wife could use it while traveling and couldn’t be happier. She has since started using it at home just to be more “mobile” while she’s pumping. She’s happy not to feel tethered to the wall as much as she did when the outlet adapter was our only option. We suggest using high quality batteries in the battery pack. We’ve noticed a significant difference between off-brand batteries (about 2-3 hours of pump time) and name brand batteries (5-6 hours of pump time). With off-brand batteries the pump clearly has less power and becomes unusable pretty quickly. There’s a point where it will still work, but does not offer enough suction to be userful.Note that regardless of what batteries you use, my wife says there is still a slight difference between the power of the pump when plugged into the wall charger and battery pack (even with fresh batteries). But for trips or on-the-go pumping, she highly recommends this battery pack.

I’m so happy I bought this

I’m so happy I bought this! I’m a breastfeeding mom but also work full-time and my work requires abroad travel at times. I used this on planes, airports, abroad office and hotels with some good rechargable Energizer batteries (got the universal Energizer charger), it lasted for 4 pumping sessions of 20-25 mins each approx. I am sure it could have gone for a 5th session. I even used the pump on a higher than usual intensity but it wasn’t really necessary, the power is of course not as good as if plugged to the electrical outlet, but not a big difference either. This is a great purchase if you need to travel abroad with your Medela Pump in Style and don’t want to expose it to possibly burning due to the different electric voltage out of the U.S.A. This helped me keep my milk supply almost intact after 3 weeks away from my baby.

If you’re pumping on the go, this is a MUST!

I pump on the go frequently as I travel as part of my profession, so I purchased this in addition to the car charger. This provides much more power to the pump than the car charger does. I still have to turn the pump up quite a bit more than I typically do when it’s plugged into a proper outlet put it serves it’s purpose when I pump in the car, in the airport, in business center bathrooms, etc. :)As a mother, I am a big proponent of rechargeable batteries (everything baby/child related seems to require a battery!) so I invested in 8 rechargeable AA batteries to use this and recharge them after every trip. I can’t say how long the life of the batteries last in this pack but I have yet to have it die on me, and I’ve used it for 15 pumping sessions, on my longest trip. Well worth the money to keep providing the “liquid gold” to my baby!

Perfect for on the go discreet pumping!

Here’s another Medela product I love. I use this almost every time I pump away from home. At work, I pump in my car (a far better option than the restroom in my opinion). Before I got the car adapter, this was my main source of power. Still is at times. The power of this box is excellent (definitely comparable to plugging in at home)! It does take 8 AA batteries, and with pumping about 8-10 times a week for about 30 mins at a time, the box will last with good power for about 2 weeks before needing new batteries. For me, that is totally worth it. I keep this in my pumping bag with a list of how many times I’ve used it so my batteries will never be dead. Idk what I’d do now without this product! Way worth the money.

    Doesn’t last long

The spring on the battery pack pop off and don’t go back in very well. The slider to close the batteries in easily cracks and causes more issues with the batteries not staying in place and springs popping. I’ve bought 2-3 and I really hate to buy another one but I have to have a portable option. Medela you need to work on this please!

    Keep this as a backup

It’s made of thin plastic, especially around the terminal ends, where the springs are being pushed against by the battery. This one broke after two weeks of normal use.I would suggest getting a 12V rechargeable battery pack for roughly the same price. There are a few good ones on Amazon to check out.

    Fine, but not optimal.

This product enables my wife to use her Medela pump while we travel internationally – as the usual wall plug-in can’t be ised overseas. The battery pack does the job. BUT, it takes 8 batteries at a time to run the pump for half an hour to one hour. Also, the power is extremely reduced. My wife uses it turned up to full power and said it felt like less than the lowest setting with the outlet cord. According to Medella, rechargeable batteries last longer and enable more power on the lower setting. We think it reflects the fact that Medella is behind the industry standard on efficiency and optimizing the pumping experience for moms. This product helps us, but the experience overall could be much better. We only use Medella because it was provided through our insurance with Obama Care, which is a nice plus! But apparently this benefit is being rolled back anyway.

    Traveling pump mom

This made traveling and being away from an outlet a breeze to still be able to pump. I bought this b/c my lil was in NICU for 3 months and this made it easy to go eat and not have to worry about missing a pumping session. I used rechargeable batteries in mine to run my medela and it was wonderful. Sometimes towards weak batteries, the suction on the pump would not be great but that’s to be expected. I could use it on basic rechargeable batteries for 8 to 10 sessions of 45 mins approx. before I needed to recharge them. I would recommend this to any busy mom traveling or on the go!

Less oomph than plugging the pump into the wall, but this thing works just fine

This thing allows me to use a small bag as a mobile pumping unit. I strap on a pumping bra and put the pump and this battery pack (which holds 8x AA batteries) in the bag and then putter around the house making coffee and breakfast while doing my motherly thing. It doesn’t provide as much juice to the machine as plugging the pump into the wall does – so you need to crank up the pump to get as much suction going and you’re probably used to. However, it works just fine. Tip: get rechargeable batteries, because the Medela pump uses up 8x AA batteries in about 6-7 pumping sessions.

    Use with my SPECTRA

I use this to make my SPECTRA S2 pump portable-found this hack online on Pinterest. I like the velcro carrying case that comes with it. I keep the battery in the carrying case and use a lanyard to keep it around my shoulder when I am doing dishes or putting on makeup. My only issues is that it takes 8 batteries and only lasts about 2 hours, which is only six 20-min pumping sessions.

In a bust will get the job done, but be prepared to bring lots of batteries.

Just got back oversees and had no other option but to purchase this battery pack. Unfortunately, I researched and there are NO other options viable. So I had no choice because of the voltage issues oversees would have burnt the motor. The plus side, I was able to pump EVERYWHERE-the plane, he train, mother-in-laws house, car, hospital-you name it. I can definitely tell the battery pack is not as strong as straight from the outlet. Which for most maybe isn’t an issue, but since my supply is a little on the lower side I need every little bit of suction. Anyways, I was satisfied overall-for the job done. But do note you will need LOTS of batteries.

Decent pump strength but not as good as when plugged in

Good for travel. Definitely not as strong as when plugged in. I bought for use in the car when I need to pump while traveling. I’ve tried the car plugs before and the same issue- either weaker pumping or it fries the motor. If choosing between a less powerful pump via car plug or less powerful pump via battery i would go battery so that you could potentially use it in bathroom etc. if need be.

    Overpriced, but great to have!

This is the most ridiculously overpriced thing I’ve ever bought and loved. For what it is, it should cost closer to $5. If the item itself was a rechargeable battery then it would be priced right. But since you still have to buy the batteries, it’s just stupid. I an however glad to have it. I’ve used it about 10 times on a single charge of Amazon Basics high capacity rechargeable batteries. I don’t think there is a significant loss of power. I maybe wouldn’t want to use it as a primary power source, but for occasional use it’s wonderful.

    Expensive but does the job

I use it with my medals pump when traveling and it was great. U need 8x AA batteries and I think I pumped 6-7 times of 15-20mins section and the batteries were not drained out yet. So I guess it will last at least 2 hours pumping when you start with full pack of barriers. That gives me enough time in my case.

    Uses a lot of batteries

I bought this for when I have to pump on the go. My only complaint about this is it seems to go through batteries rather quickly. I was replacing them every 1.5 – 2 weeks. After getting stuck in the car with dead batteries I ended up purchasing the 9V charger for the car. I use this one as a back up. This one is perfect if I am pumping at home and need to move room to room. I highly recommend investing in rechargeable batteries if you are planning on using this. It takes 8 AA.

    Invaluable

My wife called me in a panic from work because the power went out in her building and she couldn’t use her pump, I don’t have to explain to anyone who is pumping how crucial that is and how this became an emergency, luckily her power was restored a short while later. As someone who prides myself on being prepared ahead of time for emergencies I was kind of mad at myself for not anticipating this “what if” situation of losing power and immediately came to Amazon for a solution, for the affordable price this is an absolute must have for anyone who owns a breast pump.

Battery pack is perfect for airplane travel with your pump

I used this battery pack traveling across country with my weaned baby, and good thing since we sat on the tarmac for three hours! I ended up pumping twice on the way there and once on the way back and the batteries did not run out. The pump does sleep “sluggish” and I had it on the highest setting versus a medium setting that I would normally use. But it worked! If you are traveling a lot I would pack extra batteries just in case – I’m not sure how long batteries last.

I went on a week long Europe trip with just my husband when my baby was 6 months old and still breastfeeding. I used this pack for my pump all through Europe with my Madela pump-in-style pump. I believe I replaced the batteries once. The suction will decrease as your batteries lose power, so be sure to always have extras on hand. It worked great! I was so nervous about it, but this battery pack made my getaway possible. Love it!

    She needs this

If you are travelling, this is a must. Cant find the outlet? In the car for a while? There is is?Story: On a road trip, baby is hungry and I don’t want to stop, and mom doesn’t want to take her out of the car seat while we are on the move: no problem. I drive while she pumps, and them we give baby a bottle. Everyone is happy and safe. It paid for itself the first time. Especially if Grandma is a 7-hour drive away.I preferred the name brand one, as it is only a little more, and you know you are going to either keep this for a few years or give it to your family/friends after you’re done with it.

    Cracks and Breaks

Used this product for a day before it cracked and the small metal connectors flew out at me. I should have realized it was cracked when one of the battery covers kept slipping off after being snapped into place. This my SECOND medela battery charger that has done this. The first was the one that came with the actual pump.Additionally the suction is significantly less with the battery packs when use them before they inevitably crack, break and fling tiny metal battery connectors at you.

    Must have pump accessory!

Battery pack replaces outlet plug in perfectly. I have pumped in the car several times as passenger and driver. I can pump at work or anywhere with out having to stress out over having a wall outlet and privacy. I bought 8 amazon rechargeable batteries and a charging base that fits 8 batteries as well. Battery pack comes with a very nice cover bag that matches my instyle pump bag perfectly. I have not had any issues pimping the same volume at each session as I do with the outlet plug. This is a must have for working moms or moms on the go. I can also just pump in bed or anywhere inside my home without having to relocate to a plug.

    Order it now!

Why didn’t I buy this the first day I pumped?? Ahhh-mazingly easy to pump on the go and I’ve used it for a whole weekend trip and batteries are still good. I actually prefer to pump with the battery pack rather than tote around the large outlet plug when I don’t even know if I can find a pumping room (or, let’s be honest– stall) with an outlet anyway! I went 6 months before I caved and bought this for a trip and should have gotten it on day one…So easy to keep this in my pumping bag!

    Mobility and freedom enhanced

This battery pack is very small and light and the level of power/suction has not been compromised which makes it highly portable and has given me the freedom to be more mobile. I can now do errands and other activities without having to worry if I will have access to a plug/socket which may limit me to 2-3 hours. It also allowed me to pump during my commute to and from work to limit the amount of time away from work needed to pump.

    Good for travel

This battery pack is okay. It gets the job done but I feel like the power behind it is significantly less than when I use the wall charger. I use this battery pack in the car occasionally and while the batteries have lasted a while I have to turn my pump up almost the whole way in order to get the same amount of pull as I do by just barely turning it on with the wall charger. It was worth purchasing so we don’t have to stop on car trips (I exclusively pump so we can feed our little guy a bottle in his car seat) but I definitely feel like the power behind it could be stronger

    It does what it says

It does what it says; my only complaint is the price–considering I have to provide 8 AA batteries, it seems this should be a bit cheaper. Needless to say, if you need to pump and don’t have electricity, cost isn’t really a factor you consider! I have used this plenty of times in a bind. It’s essential when I am at conferences or other places where the only place I am able to pump is a public restroom 🙁

    Get it!

I’ve been on the fence about ordering a battery pack even though I’ve been pumping for darn near 8 months now and have been lugging an extension cord around with me. NEVER AGAIN. This battery pack is great and makes pumping on the go easier. Anywhere I can find a door to close I can pump now. If you’ve been considering buying one, do yourself a favor and get it now. (I have no idea about how long the batteries last, but I’m on pump session #3 with these same ones and there appears to be plenty of power to run the pump as intended.)

    Meh.

It’s fine for what it is. It’s better than nothing. It really doesn’t give much power, so I really have to crank up the pump to make it work. I am using it with Amazon rechargeable batteries. Why on earth would Medela not make a rechargeable battery pack for their pumps?! Like what pumping mom has time to charge and reload 8 batteries (way more frequently than I’d like), on top of everything else we have going on. I would hate to be stuck pumping somewhere without a plug, so it’s a must have, but it certainly is a lame product. Upside, the little pouch fits perfectly in the little side pocket on the pump case, so that makes it easy to use on the move.

This has saved me from very painful engorgement. Power went out in the middle of a pump and I was able to just grab this and finish my pump! Also great for on the go, I have pumped at concerts and at a comedy show! Anyone who pumps I suggest buying one of these. I also suggest getting rechargeable batteries. The only reason why this does not get 5 stars is because it takes 8 batteries and burns through them very quickly.

    High power, low battery life

I’m pretty sure that the description of this says that it should last for 30 pumps, but I think the batteries in mine lasted for about 6 pumps before it started to really slow down. With fresh batteries, this battery pack works great and I can’t tell the difference between using the battery pack and plugging the pump into the wall.Great for limited use as batteries could get expensive if you’re using the battery pack exclusively.

    Works as intended!

So far so good. Takes a bunch of AA batteries. Worked for me pumping on the road for an entire day. The pump might have a little less power but I just turned up the knob a little higher than usual. Recommend if you need to pump and don’t have access to a car charger or regular outlet.

Great option for the pump in style!

It’s nice to have a way to portably power our pump, and I’m glad I got some good rechargeable batteries at the same time! Works as it should – takes a lot of batteries, but the pump needs it. We recharge everytime we can, so I don’t know how long it would last before it dies.

    Fantastic idea but battery killer

Its def something I needed but it takes 8 batteries and after your first pump the suction eventually gets lower and lower till your pumping on max but it feels like your on a low setting. I wish I could get maybe at least two pump sessions before it starts to kill the battery but alas no luck. But it makes it possible to go places where I cant plug in.

    Cheap product and quality

I bought this so I can pump while mobile. Took 4 steps while using it and it kept turning off because the covers would keep falling off along with the batteries. I was able to get a new one because of the warranty but i still have the same issues. Disappointing.

    Works with Spectra S2

I bought this for traveling. It worked perfectly with my Spectra S2. It’s definitely not as powerful as the cord, but works great when you can’t find a plug. I have only used it a few times so I am not sure what the life span is before you have to change the batteries.

    Lifesaver

This has been a lifesaver. I like the fact that I have the choice of where to pump and not have the “outlet treasure hunt” dictate my life. The strength on the battery pack is comparable to an outlet at least when you have fresh batteries in it. I would recommend it to anyone who has a medela pump just to have on hand, even if you don’t think you need it. It’s better to have and not need it than to need it and not have it. Amazon has a good price on this, I recently seen the same product at Baby-R-Us for $25.
